Room Layout Options

When requesting your room booking, a number of layout options are available. Chairs and tables can be requested in five different configuations, which effect the capacity limits of the room. Please see the chart and pictogram below, showing the options available. Along with each room description is the capacity information for each layout.

This large community space can accommodate up to 100 individuals. The room comes equipped with a large built-in screen and projector. Use of the attached kitchen is included in the rental. The kitchen offers a large capacity percolator, microwave and refrigerator. Any items left in the kitchen or fridge will be disposed of the following day. While this large space is great for many things, we do not recommend it for hybrid meetings unless you are bringing in your own equipment.

The Rosberg Gallery offers a unique experience by allowing meeting attendees to enjoy local artist's work. This beautiful community space has a capacity of 30 to 40 depending on the requested room setup. This space does not come with any built in equipment, please ensure you book the equipment you require when you book the space.

Chippawa has one room available for booking, which can seat up to 20 people depending on the requested room setup. This space only provides tables and chairs, no other equipment or audio visual is available for this space.
